Adrenaline Trampoline Park

This project involved the renovation and conversion of a vacant48,000 square foot grocery store on Garners Ferry Road in Columbia, SC into an Adrenaline Trampoline Park. Although this job included moving and adding restrooms as well as a complete upfit to the existing building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, the key to this project was the trampoline pits. In order to create these pits, over 15,000 square feet of slab was demolished, excavated, and then re-poured inside the building. The finished product is now enjoyed by local families looking for a great time!

Canalside Self Storage – CubeSmart

Located across from the new Sola Station Apartments in the rapidly expanding Canal side Area of downtown Columbia, this 4-story, 100,000 square foot, climate controlled self-storage facility now serves this growing residential and office market. Construction of this building encompassed four stories of structural steel with cast in place walls on the lower level, a combination brick veneer and storefront exterior, two elevators, and over 65,000 square feet of rentable storage space. A decorative focal corner on the exterior of the building faces the adjacent apartments and reveals rustic barn doors and an old-fashioned bulb Storage sign. The building was constructed with energy efficiency as one of the top priorities by implementing LED lighting throughout as well as a VRF HVAC system to maximize efficiency and performance. By utilizing retaining walls and the natural grade of the site, multi-level parking and unloading areas were created with surrounding ornamental landscaping to match the area’s upscale vibe.

Airfield Rescue & Firefighting Station at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport

The 19,000 square-foot Airfield Rescue & Firefighting Station at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport includes four drive-thru apparatus bays, office space, dormitory rooms, mean’s and women’s locker rooms, fitness center, training rooms and command watch room.  The project includes demolition and re-development of existing facility into parking area upon occupancy of new facility.

The primary 64,500 square foot, three-story climate controlled storage facility, and adjoining 17,500 single story storage facility was completed April 29, 2016.

Foothills Memory Care

The Bridge at Foothills is Easley SC, was completed and opened in April 2016. The 14,500 square foot building includes 20 private resident rooms, a complete kitchen used to serve both residents and assist them in their occupational therapy, a commercial grade-pantry, dining and activity area, and a private courtyard. The Bridge will accommodate residents requiring Memory Assistance and Care.
